Description of Action

Finance reviews the status of City Capital Projects with Departments on a quarterly basis.  Capital Projects that have been completed and fully paid by the Departments are identified at that time, allowing Finance to close-out the project in the City financial records and transfer unused funding appropriations back to the original source provider. 

 

At this time, four projects have been identified that have been completed allowing the transfer of $75,841 unused funding to be returned from the Capital Projects Fund to the City General Fund.
